When a local woman saw this dog staring intensely at this storm drain, she immediately got the feeling that something was up! The drain was located in a busy street of the city centre. Most people passing by didn’t pay much attention to the dog at first. But this woman knew the dog. And when she found out what the dog was looking at, she started to scream!
