Keeping up pace
This dog was in a hurry and seemed to know exactly where it was going. Annie did her best to keep up. They traversed through dark alleyways, across a park and even through an old parking garage. Where is this dog taking me, Annie thought to herself. Annie felt her lungs burning inside her body. She wasn’t going to keep this pace up for much longer.
