The metro was at the last station and was now completely empty. Hina’s bag was on the ground where she had stood during the ride, just a few steps away from the old man’s seat. It was that seat that caught her attention because of an old-looking envelope lying on top of it. It probably fell out of his pocket when she helped him get up.
