Without a mother, the cub had a hard time getting used to his surroundings. He was shy and growled at anyone who tried to touch him. But Samuel didn’t let this get him down. With the patience and love that he had shown to the cub’s mother, he gradually managed to win her heart as well. As the years passed, the cub, named Blanca, grew bigger.
