The creek was cleaned up, and the blobs were gone. After Mike, Samantha and Gregg saved the town, the authorities finally took notice of the situation and came to help clean up the aftermath. They were shocked to see what had happened and realised the urgency of the situation. They promised to take better care of the creek and to monitor it for any future contamination.
