He couldn’t help but marvel at the surreal scene before him. He was standing in the midst of a wolf pack, petting a wolf and his daughter’s long-lost horse. He knew he had a long journey ahead of him. He had to explain this to Isabella, bring Epona back home, and to make this new land safe and habitable. But for now, he let himself savor the moment.
