Epona, named after the divine horse of Celtic mythology, was a majestic black and white mare with a free spirit to match Isabella’s. The young girl found a pure form of joy in the companionship her horse brought. The two spent their days riding across the grassy meadows that stretched beyond their farm home. Galloping in broad daylight and bonding under starry nights.
