“This is it!” Dan reacted. “Let’s go.” Kalou and Dan waited for the ranger to get his things, after which they silently made their way toward the nest. It was dark, and they couldn’t use flashlights because it would alarm the person. They could hear the person better and better while slowly moving forward.
