The police officers walked through the open gate, and Brian followed them. It was weird that there was just an open gate in the middle of nowhere, but then they saw it. The lot was about the size of a football field but wasn’t completely abandoned. All the cars were gone, but a small shed was still in the center. “Let’s take a closer look,” one of the officers said.
