Brian looked up at the officers while he turned to the other page. It explained that the criminals had used his car park for over ten years, and he used that time to think of this plan. He was under constant surveillance, so going to the police himself was out of the question. He had to get evidence of their criminal operation into the world somehow. And that’s when he got a fantastic idea.
