As Brandon desperately tried to follow the speeding car, his thoughts still managed to wander. Who is this guy, and why is he running from the law? The car had no license plate. And a test driver wouldn’t be so reckless. So the car must be stolen. “Where are my reinforcements!” Brandon shouted.
