Arriving at the compound
Matthew was ordered to come with them to the compound. Matthew doubted they saw him as a suspect, but he did not feel safe either. The person who owned this car before him was a policeman, too, and he turned out to be a criminal. So, Matthew did not know who to trust. Driving up the property, they were greeted by the owner from before. The overseer recognized Matthew instantly and waved, smiling.
