And that aid came in the form of a letter Matthew received just a few days later. It was early morning on a Saturday when Matthew heard the front mailbox. The metal flap was still moving, making a rattling sound, indicating that something had fallen through. As the young man approached the front door, he saw a letter on the mat. It looked official, so Matthew opened it up curiously.
