Carl told them that the people who acted like they were from the FBI were, in reality, a dangerous organization of hitmen. They pretended to be FBI agents so nobody would come near them and find out what they were doing in the submarine. This revelation sent shivers down Don and Kevin’s spines as they realized how much danger they had been back at the submarine. “Can you arrest them?” Don asked hopefully.
