Blake then proceeded to explain the dangerous plan he came up with. He suggested wearing a wire, arranging a meeting with the loan sharks, and acting like he wanted to make a deal with them. The wire would then catch them admitting to their threats and illegal activities. This way, they could gather the concrete evidence needed to prosecute them.
