Sarah knew this confrontation was imminent, but she still felt nervous as she entered the main dining area again. Luckily, the diner was still mostly empty because she would have been even more nervous if the rush hour had been here. But every eye that was present in the place was focused on her. The young waitress carefully approached the men and asked if they could lower their voices. But they chose to ignore her!
