Angry woman
The woman had heavy-set footsteps and carried a little pup underneath her arm like a fulfilled hand back. It was clear to Kate that the lady wasn’t very fond of the dog, but how bad it was, she had no idea. The woman reached the front desk and started raising her voice toward Kate. “I want to speak to the owner right away. You have to take this puppy back.”
