A full routine
It was the only thing she could do for the poor old man because Becky knew that outside help wasn’t coming. The young nurse took painkillers home from work and gave them to David’s father daily. It eventually became a full routine where she cared for the old man’s every need. But after a few weeks, she knew she had to pull the plug. She saw David’s father’s pain and saw it was getting worse.
