Bad news
The lead fisherman stayed underwater for a couple of minutes before resurfacing. His face gave away a sense of sadness and defeat. And it seemed to Mateo that the crew was already aware that their captain would provide them with such a face. The ship’s leader took off his mask and started talking. “It’s bad news guys, awful.” The crew hung their heads, clearly knowing what this meant, but Mateo was left in the dark.
