Jessie sounded panicked, which raised the alarm with multiple cops. They asked her to remain calm, and tension mounted as they stepped closer. But before they could reach Jessie, a familiar face was heard in the background. It was the officer from before asking his colleagues to stand down and inviting Jessie to come closer.
