A judge’s decision
The court ruled that the parents would never see each other again. However, since both adults proved to be good parents separately, the judge saw no reason to punish them by completely ending this parental responsibility. That’s why he gave each of the parents 100% custody of one daughter. June went with their father, while Kate and their brother Ben stayed with their mother.
