According to the judge, it would also be in the girls’ best interest. If they had a single parent to focus on, they would not have to commute between two parents and their broken relationship. And since they were still young, 5 and 6 years old, they would hopefully remember little of their former lives and have a chance to focus on a healthy and loving future with their chosen parent.
