The man bumped into Ryan’s chest as a result of his blockade and tried to convince the confused homeowner to let him inside. “You don’t understand. We don’t have time. We need to hurry!” The stranger’s plea seemed desperate, but Ryan was reluctant to help before the man could explain why he was there.
