The phone rang, and on the other side of the line, a male voice answered the call. Wendy had called a contractor who conveniently lived pretty close by. He had helped her with the remodeling of her house, and Wendy knew that he owned heavy-lifting power tools, the perfect machinery to help them with this job. And there was a reason why she knew this man would instantly help her.
