Becoming more restless
“We will be home soon, boy,” Mary said to her dog, who became more restless by the minute. His leash tightened, and pretty soon, Mary had a hard time holding on. Her dog was strong, and Mary had never been in a situation where she noticed it this much. It started irritating Mary, so she pulled on the leash harshly this time, much to her dog’s dislike.
