Emma squinted, trying to make out what Jack had spotted. And then she saw it. There, partially hidden beneath a blanket of leaves and vines, was an old, weathered car. The vibrant red paint was dulled with dirt and rust; its tires sunk halfway into the earth. It looked as though it had been abandoned for years, left to rot in the forest.
