No way to pull over
Jack did not notice a change in the car’s driving. It ran smooth as butter, just like it always did. But those people did not signal for no good reason. Jack’s eyes flicked over the dashboard, scanning for any sign of trouble, but all the lights were normal. Unfortunately, he could not pull over to check since the highway he drove on had no extra empty lane.
