Jack was trying to spy and find information without being seen. But he knew that running away was impossible now. So he simply chose to speak the truth and hope this man was harmless. Jack swallowed, trying to keep his voice steady. “I’m looking for the person who placed a tracker on my car,” he said. “And I think you know who that is.”
