Trusting Margret
Suzan placed the contents on her driver’s seat and drove the car toward the police station one county over, just like Margret asked of her. She was unsure of why she was doing this. But she trusted that her neighbor, whom she always cared for, was not trying to put her in harm’s way, even though the secrecy of all of this felt a bit shady to Suzan.
