“Alright, it’s time to make a move,” Lucas said bravely to his wife. He took one big step and touched the doorknob leading to the staircase. Maria took one last shot at stopping her husband: “Lucas, that sounded like the roar of a wild animal. It sounds like there is a bear in there.” But her plea fell to deaf ears. Lucas moved his hand down and opened the barrier.
