Once all the animals were settled in, Maria and Lucas visited again. To their surprise, they were immediately greeted by the lioness who terrorized their home. She seemed happy. And with the added space the sanctuary provided, it was the best place for her. Maria and Lucas smiled and were happy that their unfortunate housing situation helped these animals out in a big way!
