A wise daughter
John saw the moose and got irritated, while Rose instantly wanted to scream. But this time, a voice of reason appeared from the little runt of the family. It was their 8-year-old daughter Emily who spoke up. She halted her parent’s actions and told them to look closely at the animal standing in their kitchen. “Don’t you see it, Mom and Dad? The moose looks sad for some reason.”
