The tunnel walls changed, becoming rough and glittering with mineral deposits. The shimmering streaks caught their eye each time they dared to illuminate the path. Brody ran his hand along the cool, sparkling rock. “Look at this,” he said, mesmerized. The gleaming surface was almost hypnotic.
