Starting the climb
Mike pointed up at the steep cliff looming ahead of them. It was a tough climb, but nothing they hadn’t prepared for. Brody grinned, catching the gleam of excitement in his friend’s eyes. “Always ready,” he replied, taking a deep breath. They began their ascent up the cliffside, digging their fingers into grooves and gripping onto rocks, one step at a time.
