Panic all around
A deafening crash erupted as something massive slammed into the boat’s hull. Crew members were thrown across the deck. Some fell hard on the floor, while others clung to beams and railings to keep from sliding. The air filled with shouts and panicked cries. “It’s attacking us just like the fishing ships!” one member yelled out.
