Ramping up
Sally had always been a hungry kitten, but her need for food grew to abnormal amounts quickly. She was never satisfied and chowed down her bowls as if her life depended on it. Sally would even growl at Jonathan whenever he got close, making him grow concerned that Sally might not be the best pet for a child.
