She traced her fingers over the backboard until they reached a seam on the side of it. It was a straight line from floor to ceiling, except for a tiny spot near the bottom, where a half-moon-shaped hole was felt. Molly pushed her finger through it and felt a hinge behind it. “I can open this,” she said, smiling.
