Trying to unwind
The day at work dragged, seeming endless. By the time John returned home, the sun had already set. Irritated and tired, John reached into the fridge to grab a beer and decided to unwind. He sat down in his favorite chair and let out a deep sigh. Then, suddenly, he heard a loud crash from his backyard.
