She got a weird shiver down her spine for a moment but then recalmed herself. “It’s fine,” she murmured, grabbing the sledgehammer from her bag. “Just an old house. Nothing weird about it.” But that was a remark she would soon have to take back because this house had a large secret that wasn’t so easily ignored.
