After the announcement, the guests began to walk out of the chapel in an orderly fashion, even though their chatter was hushed and filled with speculation. Ethan shook hands with some and gave polite nods to others, but his mind was elsewhere. He needed answers, and he wouldn’t find them in polite small talk. As the last of the guests left, he spotted the photographer packing up his gear. Ethan made his way over quickly.
