“Like what?” Rick asked skeptically. The young man swallowed hard. “What if it’s something man-made?” The words sent a ripple of unease through the crew. It wasn’t impossible. Humans had changed the ocean before—pollution, drilling, underwater construction. If something artificial was heating up the water, it could be driving the fish into a frenzy.
