Set the burner on a towel so it doesn’t skate around. Spotlight the worst area—usually the outer ring where spatters bake hardest. You’re going to apply something thin, not slathered. Think “whisper” layer, not frosting. That matters because the goal isn’t to drown the grime; it’s to touch every part of it at once so it lets go evenly when you wipe.
