Making a difference
Larry was shocked to see her so soon but gladly invited the kind woman into his home. It was already a big difference from his previous, no-one-allowed attitude. She helped around the house, and it really made a difference. Over time, Larry’s friendship with the woman whom he came to know as Lena grew. She had a warm personality and was a good listener. Even her son visited Larry’s house frequently.
