Unfair outcome
It was a highly overreacted confrontation with an outcome that wasn’t deserving for Luca, who always took pride in his work. Luca was always on time and always put the customer first. So, the fact that he was fired for doing just that was outrageous. But the fact remained that Luca was jobless now.
