Heating up
The oven roared to life, burning with incredible intensity and heating the room they were in within minutes. But the most important effect was on the exit door, which leaned against the outside snow. The door began to glow red hot from the heat, and as a result, the thick snow that had blocked their exit for so long started melting rapidly. The two men waited anxiously, watching their escape slowly unfold before them.
