Eyes in the sky
By now, the helicopter had visuals of both suspects. The manager was heading toward a private airstrip, an ominous sign of a potential escape by plane. The guard, however, seemed to be circling back toward the manager’s location, using backroads to avoid detection. But in the sky, the police could see everything. “They’re converging,” the pilot relayed. “Advise intercept.” Ground units adjusted their routes, the clock ticking ominously.
